Bike set up
The needs of a road rider and a winning racer differ immensely, but specialized mechanics help to set up the bike. Every bike and rider are different, and want different things from their bikes.
Full Set Up
+ Adjust standard settings and steering head bearings.
+ Strip and rebuild forks, changing fork oil and adjusting fork air gap
+ Kit spring or replacement shock as required.
+ Make, fit, and bleed custom fit steel braided brake hoses
+ Align wheels
+ Harmonise front and rear springing
+ Adjust suspension geometry where required (ride height, height of forks in yokes)
+ Fit rider to machine, adjust all rider controls.
+ Road test and dial-in machine
Crate Set Up
Optimise your bike's capability "out of the crate" with nothing added.
+ Adjust all standard settings and steering head bearings.
+ Align wheels. Chain tension (where appropriate).
+ Adjust all controls to fit rider.
+ Road test and dial-in machine.
